Angry Root (me at LJ) and Kornelij Glas urge voters to check and see if they are in the voter register at http://www.elections.am/vibori/search.php and also complain from the fact, that the site is designed using the outdated Armenian ANSI encoding instead of Armenian Unicode, which has made site accessibility much more difficult for people like Narjan and Bigsauron for example.
