I think it is a very impractical building. When i saw this building first time about 5 years ago I thought that it could be a good home for elderly or even a nut house. Maybe a museum of nature. Now I see that it is so impractical to server to any possible real purpose that I changed my mind. I think it should be a museum of Capitalism. That way no public funding would be reqired it can be just let to rot and decay.

I'm wondering what would happen in Armenia if such a video was to be aired on national TV???

I'm also wondering what useful function would that palace serve after the revolution, when all the property of the Fat Cats is re-nationalised and communalized? I'd say it's not a bad spot for Abovyan University (or, even better Abovyan Communiversity). It's not a bad spot for regional self-governance centre either ... all that massive space could be very useful for large decision-making gatherings.
Or maybe it could be a museum for the old regime...

eh? what d'you think?

The answer can be - Capitalistic dream. :)
Interestingly there were almost 2K viewing but no comments . who would dare :)

And I thought that the inside of the house would be practical. In my opinion it is based on palaces which later were converted into posh hotels or casinos because of their impracticality- e.g. hard to maintain.
Very interesting video.
