I think the tax authorities might have chosen a more fitting time to visit the station to inspect the books. This does not seem the right time to make a 'subtle' political point against a TV station which has covered the speech of the opposition.

I think Armenians in authority have got to start being a little bit more "user friendly" by understanding the value of open debate.

The news coming out of Armenia could be a lot more positive than has been the case in the last few years.

Who wants to read that the Minister of Culture of Armenia - who is supposed to represent and promote the rich cultural heritage of the Armenian nation to the rest of thw world - has instead had to resign because he was accused of pistol-whipping the employees of a electricity station?

If the Minister of Culture (now former minister Hovik Hoveyan ) has acted like a bandit / gangster, what hope do we have for the rest of the government or indeed for Armenia's development as a forward-thinking nation?

Armenians in the disapora must be as tired of reading this type of "news" as those Armenians living in Armenia.

Let's start to think and act postively, for Christ's sake!

GALA TV deserves all possible support. Well done, guys, and especially Vahan Khachatryan, for fighting up for your and our rights!
