In what seems to be a carefully choreographed performance ahead of this Sunday’s parliamentary elections, Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan ordered the removal of kiosks assembled in a park in central Yerevan. President Serzh Sargsian and leader of “Orinats yerkir” party exchanged niceties on Saturday during party’s congress, where Baghdasarian was unanimously reelected as head of party. The party’s executive body was also reelected unanimously. Peace and unanimous consent prevailed overall.
