The association for independent filmmakers, with the support of the OSCE Yerevan office, has made two public service announcements. First of them, published above from the E-channel.am, covers the freedom of rallies.

Considering the radical opposition plans to conduct a peaceful rally tomorrow, and reported cases of abuse towards organizers by A1plus and Radio Liberty, I find it appropriate to remind everybody, that peaceful rallies should indeed remain peaceful, and police should refrain from interfering and being provoked.
I’m making the last point taking into consideration the bad statistics we have seen whenever Nikol Pashinyan, leader of radical Aylyntranq movement and editor of Haykakan Zhamanak daily, has been involved in rallies as in cases reported here and here.

The streets belong to people not to any state or government. No permission should be needed to use something which is public.
It is always the police who inflicts terror and provokes.
This is a bulls**t video with a Big Ben in the background 🙂 done by a an organization (OSCE) which rather not do anything because what they do is not what they say they do.
