Via E-channel. “There is an impression that Armen Harutyunyan is not aware of the situation”,- Robert Kocharyan has said at today’s press conference, covering the opinion of the RA ombudsman in relation with the incidents on March 1. The president has mentioned that, while making a statement, one should remember whether he is a citizen of Strasbourg, or Armenia. He has also added that the re-publication of the statement of ombudsman in the foreign mass media creates a “bad background” for the country. The president has considered the appointment of the incumbent ombudsman as his least successful solution of personnel policy.
