Poaching in Armenia

Blogger Msheci-Talinci made a film about poaching in Armenia.

    This is an example of a weak law.
    The only legal way to avoid this is to make the penalties enormously high, so hunters seek for another countries. Penalties should be high enough to allow the government procure abroad and import to Armenia few animals of the same breed instead of those killed by the hunters.
    And everyone will forget about illegal hunting in Armenia within a day.
    Another solution is jailing the hunters, but this won’t bring killed animals back.

      a good law needs strong law enforcement otherwise it remains only ink on paper.

        my impression from the video was the law is enforced to the greatest extend.
        that is why they include the penalty in the price of the trip.
