Driving through Dilijan with a group of friends on Sunday we decided to stop for a cup of coffee at this amazing place called Caffeine Brew Lab, which turned out to have the best tasting coffee I’ve had for quite a while in Armenia.
The coffee was good enough to make me write a blog post, which is something I haven’t done for quite a while. Fancy that!

Caffeine is a team of coffee enthusiasts. We decided to bring Specialty class coffee into Armenia, brew it ourselves and always offer fresh coffee to our customers. We seek and find the season’s best coffee crop from the best plantations, carefully roast the green beens with small quantities and brew the coffee using alternative methods only found in our lab located in Dilijan.
The staff of the Lab, or the “coffee enthusiasts’ as they call themselves turned to be very friendly and English speaking, which helps if you’re a tourist visiting Armenia. The place was a little hard to find, but hey – Dilijan is tiny, nothing is really hard to find there and you can always ask around. And there’s also a Tripadvisor page for the place with a link to the location.
PS: Every time I travel outside of Yerevan, I get inspired by the great things I find in the country. Armenia is truly an amazing place, too bad I sit around in Yerevan too much these days.
