Politicians – think and think hard! Think – and think future, think constructive, think about Armenia – that’s the message projected by the ICHD Blog and two posts by the Freedomfighter here and here.
ICHD Blog is worried about calls from some political forces to confiscate the “stolen property” from today’s oligarchs and return it to the people. The blogger asks politicians to make the development of the country their goal and to always remember:

Freedomfighter is critical of Impeachment’s general approach, noting, that “the way it is going now, it won’t reach any substantial results, because it is only against and avoids addressing the real problems“, but Impeachment also has certain positive aspects, which differentiate it from the other opposition forces. It doesn’t bore people to death with various complex and incomprehensible words and more importantly “members of Impeachment stress the importance of internal forces and the need for self-organization”. At any rate “general dissatisfaction is obvious in Armenia”. The reasons of such public discontent lies in the understanding of the question posed by the Freedomfighter – what do Armenians want?
Armenians want freedom. Not irresponsible freedom for realizing their egotistic desires, but for self-realization of their internal creative self.

The other stable traits of Armenians is their sharp feeling of justice and condemnation of brute force. Armenians do not accept decisions brought onto them with the use of force. However, very often Armenians don’t want to collide with force and prefer to emigrate, or even worse: to lose hope and render to brute force.
To conclude, here’s a question fromthe Freedomfighter:
Is there a political force in Armenia, who is ready to follow this directions.

I am starting to really like this blog , now to the subject.
A government is the mirror of its own people. I have been in Armenian many times. And I think generally when people express their disappointment for their ruling politicians ore government officials, it is not that they are corrupt but the they are more envy that they aren’t in the positions to steal money for them self? The opposition in Armenia doesn’t what justice for its people it wants to TRAVEL TO Monte Carlo , gamble money and buy luxurious products. Armenian doesn’t need a political revolution its needs A PSYCHOLOGICAL revolution to change the peoples attitude to what is right and what is wrong.

Observer, I think there are force that care about the future of Armenia. In fact, I believe that there are many such forces even within opposition and even governing parties, as well as outside parties. But it is not the lack of care for future that is the problem here, but the lack of imagination and the general miopia of where the roots of our problems are. And this is why even forces like Impeachment (who are now regarded as “radical”) still believe that the solution lies in the replacement of one set of masters by another.
There is no culture of Social Forums and “discussing as equals” to come up with practical solutions. There is little culture of taking the initiative. Instead there is a culture of waiting for what the “leaders” will say, and the culture of equating Diversity with Disintegration (while one doesn’t necessarily call for the other).

We have to realise that the loss of faith in party-system and the looming crisis of paliamentarism is not just a random phenomenon peculiar to Armenia only. We can increasingly see it even in Britain, France, Russia and may other countries. That’s just the direction in which the world is moving.. and the old politicians/beurocrats still think that their antiquarian systems are an answer to new generations’ requirements for political expression.
My personal vision is a horizontally organized network and a federation of autonomous activist and function-specific groups (like trade unions, cooperatives, councils as well as groups like Sksela) working toward a whole range of aims, and especially the economic Empowerment of worker-controlled enterprises (syndicates and cooperatives), and campaigns to raise the constitutional status and legal autonomy of Hamainqs.
I think any serious challenge to the regime which will involve and motivate ordinary people must adopt a model similar to the Autonom Movement, which is why I am very supportive of SkselA. Here is what our Libertarian-Communist comrades at “Autonomous Action Movement” in Russia have to say:
«Автономное Действие» (АД) – это межрегиональное анархо-коммунистическое объединение, целью которого является реализация либертарного коммунизма (свободного социализма), основанного на таких принципах, как прямая демократия, общественное самоуправление и федерализм.
АД – это леворадикальная организация, в качестве центрального пункта своей борьбы провозглашающее полное уничтожение Государства и всех его институтов. Вместо бюрократического государства мы предлагаем создание системы народного самоуправления – федерации свободных индивидов, групп, общин, регионов и стран. Органами координации между этими группами могут являться независимые Советы или другие институты общественного самоуправления, формируемые общими собраниями снизу на принципах делегирования с правом немедленного отзыва делегатов.
Мы не хотим быть эксплуатируемым со стороны капиталистов рабочим скотом, не хотим всю свою жизнь отдавать погоне за деньгами. Для нас Капитализм – это система всеобщей войны и угнетения, источник национальных и экологических проблем. Он не может быть реформирован.
Мы не хотим пассивно поглощать потребительскую буржуазную псевдокультуру, навязываемую корпорациями, но и не желаем прожить свою жизнь под диктовку серой и однообразной официозной лицемерной псевдокультуры, поддерживаемой бюрократией. Мы за свободный культурный эксперимент для каждого. За революцию в повседневной жизни, ломающей ее убогость и нищету. За новую гуманистическую культуру, самореализацию и свободное развитие всех.
Идеология “Автономного Действия” основывается на мировой революционной либертарно-коммунистической мысли. Идеи и социальные теории, взятые нами на вооружение, не замыкаются лишь в рамках анархизма. Мы считаем, что в настоящее время, в контексте современной ситуации в стране и в мире необходима выработка качественно новой стратегии, отвечающей сегодняшним актуальным условиям жизни. Среди нас могут быть платформисты, синдикалисты, либертарные марксисты, радикальные экологи, коммунитаристы, “новые левые” и т.д. Наша платформа достаточно широка для того, чтобы совместно строить единый фронт сопротивления Власти и Капиталу.
Мы называемся автономами, а наша борьба автономной по той причине, что мы действуем самостоятельно, независимо от государственных бюрократов, чиновников, разных партийных функционеров и прочего официоза. Мы не просим милостыни от новоявленных господ и не желаем унижаться, принимая их жалкие подачки. Это не изменит нашего отвращения ко всем им. Мы не являемся копией немецкого автономистского движения, расцвет которого пришелся на 80-е годы прошлого столетия. Нам могут быть глубоко симпатичны многие стороны немецкого автономизма, однако мы далеки от сведения своих теории и практики лишь к нему, учитывая, что нужно исходить из специфики своей страны, своего региона.
Мы призываем рабочих, студентов, учащихся, трудовую интеллигенцию, с/х-работников и всех свободолюбивых, не смерившихся еще людей, БОРОТЬСЯ здесь и сейчас – бороться за свое будущее и будущее своих потомков!
АД существует с января 2002г. (25-27 января 2002г. в Нижнем Новгороде прошел I учредительный Съезд Движения). До этого развивалось как проект. На сегодняшний день АД – это сеть активно действующих региональных групп в городах России и стран СНГ. Наше объединение продолжает расширяться. За сравнительно небольшой период существования и становления активистами АД и сочувствующими проведен ряд экологических, антивоенных, антифашистских, социальных и иных акций.
